OUR CORE PRINCIPLES & BELIEFS

ABOUT US

The American Center for Law & Public Safety is a national organization of current and former U.S. Attorneys, local prosecutors, police, sheriffs, and other law enforcement officials dedicated to safeguarding the rule of law, civil liberties, and the Constitution. ACLPS strives to defend these principles against the radical and lawless progressive agenda taking precedence over the rule of law.

Wealthy activists across the United States have spent millions of dollars to push a radical political agenda by bankrolling candidates who favor defendants over victims and who abandon their duty to enforce the criminal law designed to protect society from violent offenders, drug trafficking, and other crimes.

Once elected these local prosecutors pick and choose which laws to enforce and implement their version of a "criminal justice reform" agenda that threatens the safety of communities across the country. They release dangerous criminals onto the street, neglect to prosecute the most serious offenses, and fail to support victims.

These reckless policies result in higher crime rates, reduced economic activity that disproportionately impacts low-income communities, and further undermines confidence in the criminal justice system.

The American Center for Law & Public Safety is committed to reversing this trend through education, research, recruitment, and advocacy. This includes bi-partisan candidate support to push back against extremist candidates. We seek to enhance the safety and trust of communities across the nation by advocating for policies that prioritize public safety, advocate for victims, and support the work of law enforcement. The rule of law is essential to maintaining public safety and providing an atmosphere where businesses can prosper and families can feel secure.

The biggest threat to American Democracy is the radical policies from those whose personal agendas diminish public safety, encourage lawlessness, and undermine the rule of law and the Constitution.
