The American Center for Law & Public Safety is a national organization of current and former U.S. Attorneys, local prosecutors, law enforcement officials, and others committed to preserving the rule of law, protecting civil liberties, and defending the Constitution. Our goal is to increase public confidence in the criminal justice system at the local level. We seek to enhance the safety of communities across the country by empowering prosecutors dedicated to upholding the rule of law and educating the public on the need for the fair and compassionate administration of justice.
